Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the MZ Records service, a digital guestbook platform enabling the collection and sharing of memories during events. By using our service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

• "Service": the MZ Records platform accessible via memorieszonerecords.com • "User" or "Organizer": any person creating an event on the platform • "Guest": any person sharing content via an event's QR code • "Content": any message, photo, video or audio file shared via the Service • "Event": digital guestbook created by a User

The Service is accessible to any natural person of legal age or minor with authorization from legal representatives. Access to the Service requires an internet connection and a compatible web browser. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance.

MZ Records offers the following features: • Creation of an event with custom QR code • Collection of memories (audio, text, photo, video) by guests • Secure storage of content for 1 year • Generation of an AI recap • Selective sharing via secure links • Content download Detailed features are described on our Pricing page.

To create an event, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed from your account. In case of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.

You retain all rights to content that you or your guests share via the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display and process this content for the purposes of providing the Service (including AI analysis). You agree not to share content that is: • Illegal, defamatory, abusive or discriminatory • Infringing third party rights (intellectual property, privacy) • Pornographic or violating human dignity • Containing viruses or malicious code We reserve the right to remove any content contrary to these Terms.

The Service, its interface, code, graphics and all its elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of MZ Records. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited. MZ Records trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written authorization.

Current prices are displayed on our Pricing page. Payment is made once when creating the event. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe. We do not have access to your complete bank details. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started with your agreement. However, we offer a works-perfectly-or-money-back guarantee: if a technical issue on our end prevents your guests from participating, we will fully refund you.

9.1. Kit Description The Turnkey Kit includes physical flyers in A6 format (10.5 × 14.8 cm) printed single-sided in four-color printing. Each Kit contains a unique QR code generated specifically for the customer's event. The number of flyers included depends on the tier selected during ordering (from 50 to 1,000 flyers depending on the number of guests). Delivery is free. 9.2. Printing Subcontracting Flyer printing is carried out by third-party professional service providers selected by MZ Records for their quality and reliability. MZ Records remains the sole point of contact for the customer and assumes full responsibility for the delivered product. 9.3. Delivery Times Flyers are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after order validation. Delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 business days from the order date. These times are indicative and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment. IMPORTANT: The customer must order their Kit at least 15 days before their event date. MZ Records cannot be held responsible for late delivery if this ordering deadline is not met. Any order placed within less than this period will be processed as best as possible but without guarantee of delivery before the event. 9.4. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal In accordance with consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Turnkey Kit. Indeed, it constitutes a clearly personalized item, manufactured according to consumer specifications (unique QR code generated for each event). By validating their order, the customer expressly acknowledges this exclusion of the right of withdrawal. 9.5. Claims and Defective Products In case of defective flyers (obvious printing error, visible damage during transport), the customer has 48 hours after receipt to report the problem by email to memories.zone.records@gmail.com, accompanied by photos attesting to the defect. After verification, MZ Records commits to reprinting and reshipping at no additional cost within the shortest possible time. No refund will be made if the flyers have already been used at the event. 9.6. Delivery Responsibility MZ Records cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control (strikes, bad weather, etc.). In case of a parcel declared lost, MZ Records will proceed with a reshipment after investigation with the carrier, within an additional 5 to 10 business days. 9.7. Delivery Address The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided during ordering. Any parcel return due to an address error attributable to the customer may incur additional charges corresponding to reshipment costs.

We strive to ensure the availability and security of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of our obligations. We are not liable for: • Content shared by users or guests • Indirect damages (data loss, loss of earnings) • Interruptions due to force majeure In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all your specific needs. Regarding the AI recap, analysis results (transcription, emotion detection) are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

You can delete your account and events at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access in case of: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment In case of termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. In case of substantial modification, we will inform you by email. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we invite you to contact us to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction. You may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
